This course is an introduction to the chronology and cultural change in the Andeans, with a focus on Peru but also including adjacent countries. The course is a survey on the archaeology of the Moche and Inca cultures. During the course the student is introduced to anthropological theories and methods used in the study of the development and decline of these cultures.
